We can accommodate all types of groups, parties, and outings. We can accommodate small groups of 6, all the way up to 75-100 people, depending on the type of event and the setup needs.

Pricing
Event Space Only - No art classes included
Weekday Rentals
Monday-Thursday
$125 / hour (3-hour minimum). Includes 30 minutes of setup time, and 30 minutes of cleanup time.
Half Day Block
6 Hours Total - 1 hr setup, 4 hr event, 1 hr cleanup

$150 / hour (4-hour minimum)

What is the maximum capacity of the space?

Our space accommodates up to 60 guests seated or 100 guests for a standing reception.

Booking Fees:

A non-refundable booking fee and contract are required to reserve your event space. Please note: Booking fees secure your time slot.

We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards (Note: A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments).

What is the cancellation policy?
-
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Can I add an art experience to our event?

Absolutely! Let us know what you're interested in, and we can let you know what is possible based on your event size and type.

Amenities & Operations

What is included in the rental fee?
-
Rentals include full access to the main hall, kitchenette, private restrooms, Wi-Fi, basic setup and teardown of in-house furniture (4 large tables on wheels, 2 large stationary tables and chairs), free parking lot, and an on-site venue manager to open doors and ensure policies are adhered to.

Who will set up and clean up my event?

The venue manager is not your event manager and does not take care of those personal items for you - but we can recommend some great planners and coordinators if you need support!

Do you allow outside caterers and alcohol?
-
Yes. You are welcome to work with any licensed and insured caterer or restaurant. If you are providing simple snacks for a small gathering, please discuss with us. You may bring your own alcohol. Please ask us for recommended vendors!

Setup & Logistics

When can we access the space for setup?
Access begins strictly at the start time listed on your rental contract. If extra setup time is needed, additional hours can be purchased in advance, subject to availability. -
Are candles, glitter, or wall decorations permitted?
Confetti, glitter, rice, and open-flame candles are strictly prohibited. Candles enclosed in glass (votives or hurricanes) are welcome. Decorations may only be hung using non-damaging command strips or painter's tape. -
Is parking available on-site?
We offer a dedicated lot with plenty of space for your guests to park.

Rentals:
You may bring in rental items such as high top cocktail tables, additional seating, and other items to accent your event. Please refer to our Preferred Vendors list for some companies to rent from. All tables and chairs can be moved out of the main space!
Artwork & Space Guidelines

Can we hang our own artwork or branding graphics?
-
We do feature adjustable lighting that can be dimmed. To protect the gallery walls, no nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be applied directly to the walls without prior approval from our facility manager.

Will existing artwork be on display during our event?
-
Artwork may remain on the walls and shelves during your event. If your event requires clear walls or custom display setups, please notify us during initial booking so we can coordinate artwork storage and re-hanging fees.

Are open flames or smoke allowed for performances or food setup?
-
To safeguard our artwork and adhere to fire safety codes, open flames, candles, incense, glitter, confetti, and smoke machine FX are strictly prohibited. Flameless LED candles are permitted and encouraged.

Catering, Alcohol, & Vendors

Can I bring in my own caterer or food vendors?
-
Yes, we welcome outside caterers! Ask us for recommendations. We also provide a prep kitchen equipped with counters and a sink, a refrigerator, and a sink (no open cooking/frying permitted on-site).

What is your policy regarding alcohol service?
-
BYOB Alcohol may be served at private, non-ticketed events. If you are holding a private, ticketed event, it must be handled by a licensed and insured bartending service or certified bartender. No cash bars or public events selling alcohol are allowed.
